In the charming streets of Europe, two best friends, embarked on a journey filled with laughter, adventure, and gelato. After every picturesque lunch, they developed a delightful ritual – indulging in the finest gelato each city had to offer.

Returning to South Africa, their taste buds reminisced about the creamy goodness of European gelato. Disappointed by the lack of comparable options at home, they decided to turn their shared passion into a sweet venture. Determined to bring the magic of authentic gelato to South Africa, they tirelessly researched, tasted, and experimented.

Months later, armed with a perfected recipe and a vision, they introduced Milas to their hometown. The name came up whilst in Milan and derived from the Italian word for miracles and favored, they felt favored enough to start an authentic journey such as this one.
